I have a Mac with OS X 10.5.8 and Safari Browser is 5.0.6 and Yahoo does no support my browser anymore. My problem is I cannot upgrade to OSX 10.6 because the most important software program in my Mac will not work with 10.6 or newer OSX. I have to stick with OSX 10.5.8 no matter what. I tried Firefox, Google Chrome and nothings works because all of these browsers will require a newer version of the OSX.

Roccat is a bit ahead of Safari and Stainless, but the big question is how well does each browser support the parts of HTML5 that are important to you, such a video codecs.
Jan 17, 2015 If you’re using OS X 10.5.8 Leopard then you can still download Firefox 16 for Macs which works on 10.5.8. However, we strongly recommend you upgrade to at least OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard or higher as Firefox 16 is no longer updated by Mozilla and therefore not secure anymore.

UPGRADING THE OSX IS NOT AN OPTION because of one software that will only work with 10.5.8.
I understand Apple has to make money producing new OSX all the time but Apple has to support our old Mac too! We can't just keep buying new computers!
